From I-35, exit 206 (Aquarena Springs Drive), go west on Aquarena Springs till you make a right on University Drive. University Drive seamlessly (almost) changes name to Pat Garrison Street for the last 2 blocks of this vector. Make a right on to North Comanche Street. In the first block, we are the last "House" on the right prior to entering the Texas State University campus.
From I-35, exit 205 (Route 80 or Ranch Road 12), go west on Ranch Road 12 towards the University. Ranch Road 12 seamlessly changes name East Hopkins Street. You will be on Ranch Road 12 and East Hopkins Street a total of 1.4 miles. Turn right on to North Comanche Street (at the HEB Grocery store).
